No Refunds After Project Commencement
Why This Policy Exists
Our team invests time, creative energy, and strategic resources from the moment a project begins. As a service-based business, we allocate team hours, secure equipment, and lock in project timelines. This policy helps ensure fairness to both our team and our clients by committing our time and resources responsibly.
Exceptions
As a policy, all services are considered commenced immediately upon payment. This includes internal planning, resource allocation, and scheduling, whether or not deliverables have been provided at that point.
For this reason, no refunds will be issued after payment is made under any circumstances, including project cancellations, change of mind, or delays on the client’s end.
The only exceptions to this policy are:
Duplicate payment. If a client is mistakenly charged more than once for the same service, the duplicate amount will be refunded in full.
Billing error. If an incorrect charge was made due to a technical or administrative error on our part, we will promptly investigate and resolve the issue.
All exception requests must be submitted in writing to ethan@7xadvertising.com within 3 business days of the transaction.
